It is look wrong ?
The usual Food Pyramid will offer to eat more Carbohydrates. What you can see here, Protein are more important to take for daily life.
I'm follow this pyramid for my diet program. Alhamdulillah, I'm losing 14KG since last ramadhan.
Another 30KG maybe for me to get my Ideal weight. Support me guys . :)
And you can follow my style if you want, just refer to the pyramid . Insya'allah .
If before this I really hate to told others about my weight, but today if people ask me about my weight :
I will answer "Alhamdulillah, I'm losing 14KG"
